My best hits are:

*GEM GuildEventManager =>calender for guilds just check ingame who wants to do which instance or raid, subscribe for instances raids or other stuff,put dates for a grp to an event

*Threat meter => defenetly needed!!! Ya wanna do Raids you need it ! It shows you how much aggro you get and ya can see how high low it is compared to the other players in grp or raid. You always know when to stop dmging to not pull aggro of your tank

Ora2 - much needed addon for raids ect

deadly boss mods or big wigs - gives info about boss fights ect (little wigs gives info about 5 man group bosses)

for healers clique makes life much easier as its a click heal mod
